Sometimes we unknowingly allow ourselves to get swept away by all the drama and stress of life which, incidentally causes us to lose our connection with the love and our Earth Mother and all that she is and provides. We feel "off" because our lack of our natural connection which is our birthright. Stop, pause and go!
